Went there today for some PCT. The salesman was great and helpful. I purchased some for $20 (great but)...after paying for it I noticed it the sell by date was 12/10. He said it would be okay. I left the store. Come to find out my buddy had already purchased for me some...I was tight on cash at the moment and went back to return it (same day)....only to be told no returns on expired items. Another gentleman (older, tall, blond) try to sell me on other random items. I said I wasn't interested and needed a refund and said I was never told about return policy on expired product or if there was a sign stating such return policy. He said it has been their policy for 20 years and did not provide me or show any written posted signs or document of their return policy. I left with a hand written credit. You've lost a customer (which you probably could care less) and took me for $20 cause I will probably never go back there. The one star was for the salesman.

Very pleased with the customer service and the knowledge they have. I had some questions about vitamins and they were able to guide me to the right product. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PRICES! This place is really great!

Pros: The knowledge of the people that worked there

Cons: It is ADDICTING!

Great service, the best prices around, and the largest selection of products. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Pros: The salesmen are very knowledgeable,friendly, and will sell you according to your needs not what they make the most money on.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The name says it all, WHEY cheaper than GNC!

Pros: Cheap, great staff, excellent selection.

Cons: I can't live in the store 24/7.
